Dresses are always delivered steamed and ready to wear.
However, we do have some delicate pieces that crease easily. If you do receive a piece with slight creases, please contact us for advice

You can rent for 3 days.

You can reserve up to 10 months in advance! We recommend that you receive your dress 1 day before your event.

It is possible; however, we do not recommend this because the renter takes full responsibility for the care of the piece.

We dont recommend it but just notify us right away and we can see if we can amend it.

Sure, as long as your order hasn't gone out for delivery yet. Just contact us to amend the dates.

Our prices range from PKR 5000 for casual items up to PKR 150,000 for bridal dresses.

Sorry, we can't say, but we do promise that you'll receive the dress in amazing condition.

Accidents happen, we know. That's why we have a mandatory insurance fee that covers stains and simple repairs.
However, if the damage is irreparable then the renter will bear responsibility as per the rental agreement.

We are constantly updating our stock with the latest collections.

Our dresses are for rent, however we can ask the supplier if they are willing to sell it. You can also purchase outlet items. Book an appointment at the fitting store to view the outlet section.

We deliver to all major cities and towns in Pakistan Can you deliver to my hotel, office etc...
Yes, we deliver to all addresses except P.O. boxes.

In that case, you're more than welcome to self-collect your order from our studio.

Same day deliveries ordered before 4 P.M. will arrive within 2-3 hours. For scheduled deliveries we will contact you to confirm a delivery window.

We provide free delivery.

Yes, a signature is required for all deliveries.

On your return date we'll contact you to arrange a convenient pick up time. You can also drop it off at our fitting store.

For late returns we charge a penalty fee per day.Please be considerate as other customers might be waiting for their dress.Don't ruin their night.

If you find the product damaged, or unwearable contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement

We always aim to deliver on time however, we cannot control any unexpected delays caused bytraffic. In the event that this happens, we will issue a full credit towards your next rental.
